My name is Caroline and I have been a doula since 2016. In 2020 I certified as a hypnobirthing teacher as well to give parents an even more complete support during pregnancy. Since 2022 I started training doulas at Birthwise.

I’m convinced that a birth is something unique and a life changing event that every woman should be able to look back at with positivity. What actually is a very natural process is often nowadays steered in certain directions. However, I am convinced that every woman has the strength within her to give life in her own way.

My goal as a doula is to guide couples to make childbirth a positive experience. With or without pain relief, on their own strength, at home or in a hospital. Supporting parents in this life-changing period is an honour that I gratefully carry out with a lot of love.

Prenatal doula support

I provide in person support during pregnancy. In a private setting at my place or at yours. Depending on your demands we can plan several sessions and pick the topics that you are interested in or where you need the most support.
